Hi! I’m a nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutritional Science from San Diego State University (yes, I actually know what I’m talking about). I’m also a certified yoga teacher who’s obsessed with yin yoga – you know, the kind where you just stretch and breathe for an hour instead of trying to stand on your head.
I’m currently training to become a certified personal trainer because apparently I like collecting credentials. I’m also a single mom to Leo, my mini goldendoodle who is even crazier than his mother.
I LOVE food – like, genuinely love cooking and trying new things. Right now I’m deep in my Korean and Japanese cooking phase. I also have zero shame about my sweet tooth, as long as it’s not too sweet.
Here’s the thing though – I used to work in the modeling industry, which absolutely wrecked my relationship with food and my body. That experience is exactly why I’m so passionate about calling out diet culture BS now. I’ve been there, and I know how exhausting it is to live that way!
you can’t it all on your own
I work with women who are dealing with all kinds of food and body stuff – whether you’re experiencing weight fluctuations, body image issues, feeling like you’re always hungry, dealing with bloating, not pooping as much as you’d like, or you’re just completely confused (the internet is telling you what NOT to eat, but WTF do you actually eat??).
My clients learn practical nutrition basics, how to spot potential nutrient deficiencies before they become health problems, and how to build eating habits that support their long-term health. No restriction, no guilt, just straightforward information that helps them make confident food choices.
We also work together to identify any unhelpful eating patterns and replace them with approaches that actually serve their health and wellbeing.
